Gemly Privacy Policy

Gemly (the "App") is a reference tool for measuring the centering of trading cards. This Privacy Policy explains what information the App handles and where that information is stored.

The App is designed on the principle of not collecting personal information. There is no sign-up, and the App does not request or collect any personal information such as your name, email, or contact number.

The App requests access to your device camera in order to photograph cards. The camera is used only at the moment you photograph a card, and never records or captures in the background.

When you load an existing card image from your photo library (gallery), the App accesses only the image you select.

You can revoke the permission at any time in your device Settings app. Even without granting the permission, other features of the App remain available, but capture and measurement will be limited.

Card photos you take and measurement results (border ratios, centering scores, etc.) are all stored only in your device’s internal storage.

Photos and measurement records are not transmitted to any external server and cannot be accessed by any third party, including the developer.

The App does not operate any separate account server or cloud storage.

The App does not provide, sell, or share your photos, measurement records, or any other data with any third party.

Measurement records can be deleted individually within the App.

When you uninstall the App, all photos and measurement records the App stored on your device are deleted along with it.

Because all data exists only on your device, no separate server-side deletion request is necessary.

The App does not collect any personal information regardless of age, and therefore does not collect personal information from children either.

If this Policy is changed, we will announce the changes on this page and update the effective date at the bottom of the page. For significant changes, we will notify you through app update notices and similar means.
